Whether its your first or last year at Uni, selecting your home is an exciting time.
At key Properties we have a range of properties available for all group sizes and those individuals happy to share with others, or just wanting a looking for something to themselves.
We have options that include or exclude bills, with bills included options starting from £105 a week. Our properties are located around all the campus locations as well as the city centre to give plenty of choice to suit individual and group needs. We off a range of start dates from June through to September

Start your search by browsing through our website, based around group size and budget.
Simply make an enquiry about one, or a few that are of interest.
We will make contact and arrange to meet and show you around.
We can repeat this process as many times as needed until you have found something to meet your needs.
2Once decided
We will send an application to each person’s email address.
Please complete and return with a copy of your student ID and passport (Plus sharecode for non UK passport holders).
When we have received all completed applications, soon after, you will receive the tenancy agreement to sign.
When all the group have signed , we add our signature and this confirms you have the property and the landlord has you. The property is yours!
3Keep calm and carry on studying!
You can then carry on with your studies knowing your property is booked for next year.
We will then contact you a couple of months before the start date, with the property certificates , how to rent guide and a copy of our moving in guide.
During this time we will confirm your key handover date.

Here are a few of the most often asked questions.
Do I pay a deposit? – we ask for £50 holding deposit* when you send in your application form, with a further £200 paid in May/June. This is held until you leave and subject to a satisfactory checkout and cleared payments it will be returned.
Are Bills Included? – We give you the choice ! Nearly all our properties are displayed with bills included , unless otherwise stated. Generally this helps with your budgeting , but we are happy to look at doing any property without bills.
Can I live at the property over summer, even if some of my house mates don’t? Yes, providing the property you have selected is available, we can advise on individual circumstances on a house by house basis.
Do I need a Guarantor? – We prefer a UK based guarantor, however understand this may not be possible for everyone. We can look to take the equivalent of 5 weeks rent instead , with landlord agreement
