Our existing properties range from barn conversions through to studio apartments and are rented to students, professionals and those in receipt of benefit.
Our aim is not to be the biggest regional letting agent, we firmly believe this dilutes the service received, our aim in all our dealings is to remain true to core set of beliefs of good quality accommodation, offered for rental at competitive prices and then the relationship through the tenancy managed in a positive proactive manner to maintain our reputation that is growing through referrals of satisfied tenants and landlords.
As we are a family owned business, with rental houses of our own, we pride ourselves on a personal effective service which includes the features opposite:

- Accompanied viewings to the properties are then arranged with the landlord, with advice provided on the merits of the respective options including target market and rental values.
- Visits to properties the landlord has found, to provide a suitability opinion.
- Negotiating purchase prices.
- Attending auctions with or without the prospective landlord.
Investors
Investors We enjoy all things property related and this extends to assisting new landlords and those looking to extend their portfolio. As we are not directly involved in selling properties we believe we can use our skills, knowledge and technical expertise to assist in the property finding process.
This includes every aspect from sourcing property, financing*, taxation*, conveyancing* and of course finding a tenant or where required another landlord looking to extend their portfolio. Our Property finding/portfolio building service is flexible and can include the following: Understand a brief of landlord circumstances.
Agree a suitable property type, location, timescales and the budget. Discuss yields, costs and affordability. Research of suitable properties including viewings are then conducted. A shortlist of properties is then prepared for the landlord. Typically this will consist of 3 or 4 properties, however a number is never guaranteed; suitability as opposed to volume is the key factor.
