  • Include a brief description, detailing any error messages or model numbers
  • Confirm which room or rooms are impacted
  • Provide best contact details and availability to access over the next 7 days
  • We will contact you if we require any further information


We will look to respond to you with an update at the earliest opportunity and normally within  24 hours on a working day.
