Tenant Information and Fees

Before you move in

Prior to move in you will be sent a range of certificates and guides to assist with your tenancy. Please take the time to read through them and ensure you retain them for reference and as a reminder.

1Ensure your changeover is fluent

When you have the keys, please ensure you give yourself time to look through the inventory and make any necessary comments and provide feedback.

This includes noting down meter readings, so you can provide these to your utility companies and equally notify the council. This helps ensure the changeover is fluent and avoids any surprises in the months to come.

2Repairs

Throughout the tenancy, there may be times when items or areas need repair. Don’t delay in reporting and follow the guides you have been provided, along with email confirmation and photos/videos to ensure the matter is logged and provides us with information that can lead to a quicker resolution.

3While you rent

The property and your needs will change as the seasons change, so please take the time to consider the garden in the summer and the all important balance of heat and ventilation in the winter.

Furthermore, if leaving the property for longer than 28 days, let us know, for the purpose of advising the Landlords insurer.
